Most teens use condoms, but sex ed cuts raise worries
A new report shows just 47 percent of high school students have ever had sex, down from 54 percent in 1991 and holding steady since about 2001. While most sexually active teens wear a condom, officials worry progress against unprotected sex has stalled in recent years.
