BRIDGEWATER, N.S. ? Nova Scotia?s finance minister says there will be no tax increases in his spring budget.
Graham Steele made the announcement Tuesday night during pre-budget consultations in Bridgewater.
The provincial government is projecting a $365-million deficit for this fiscal year.
Steele says the government is sticking with its plan to balance the budget by 2013-14.
He says the government is on track to reach that target.
The next provincial budget will be tabled in early April.
More to come.
