It?s the opportunity to see the fisher?s daily life with the primary features in the charming nature. Additionally, the beauty of Cao cave (Thung cave) is also a good place to visit. After that, we can also organize a rowing-boat competition (a traditional activity of locals) for passengers upon request. During this time you can also enjoy swimming in clear water, beautiful and calm nature.
17:00: Come back to the boat, continue to visit Ha Long Bay
18:00: The cruise is anchored overnight at Ho Dong Tien area. On the way to be there is perfect to enjoy sunset.

DAY 6 ? HOI AN COOKING TOUR (B? / L)? 16 Oct 2013
At 08h00 Am Our car transfer to Tra Que Organic Village, and walk through the market gardens where local farmers work their fields using the traditional methods of hundreds of years ago ? no electrical machinery here. We pick fresh saw-tooth coriander and Vietnamese mint for our cooking lesson later, before trying a special herbal drink at a local home.
To the local village market and with shopping list in hand we purchase a range of local ingredients, including star anise, cardamom, sesame rice paper, water spinach and banana flower.
Arriving at Red Bridge Cooking School we have a chance to freshen up before beginning our class. Working together with our Red Bridge Chef we learn the traditional ways of preparing and cooking Vietnamese food from scratch. Using the freshest ingredients and traditional Vietnamese utensils (still in use today) we cook 4 famous dishes, including the national dish ?Pho?.
After the class we sit down and a chance to savour the dishes we have prepared.
Leisurely cruise (25 minutes) along the Hoi An River back to central Hoi An.
Bring your swimsuit and after the cooking tour has finished relax and enjoy free use of our new 20 metre swimming pool.

There are lots of things that you can do in Hoian. The Cua Dai beach ? a long and white sand beach where you can swim and relax. Cycling in this peaceful town is also a memorable experience as you discover the old town and its nearby handicraft village (Kim Bong carpenter village, Tra Que herb planting village) Most of hotels in Hoian provide bicycle for free up to availability or for rent with low cost.
Hoi An is also very famous for clothes and shoes tailor ? made with high quality and very reasonable prices.
DAY 8 HOI AN ? DA NANG ? HUE ( B ) 18 Oct 2013
After breakfast, At 08h00 Am. We drive 4 hours northwards to Hue, the ancient capital of Vietnam. Take some stops on the way to see the spectacular view on the top of ?Hai Van Pass? and the legend beach of Lang Co.
Afternoon, sightseeing in Hue to the Ancient Imperial Citadel, a complex of palaces and temples built by the Nguyen from early 19th Century for which Hue was recognized by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage. Late in the afternoon, enjoy a leisure boat-ride along the scenic Perfume River to visit Thien Mu pagoda.

08h00 Our car and guide pick up from hotel to downtown of Ho Chi Minh for touring along the famous Dong Khoi street , passing by the Opera House, Town Hall, Notre Dame Cathedral & central Post Office and Independent Palace. Lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, we are heading to Hoc Mon District to visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, is 70 kilometers North West of down town Ho Chi Minh city . The Cu Chi Tunnel system had been created long time back, from 1948 to assist Viet Minh in the combat with French.? Back to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Sail through a floating fish farm and along the small tributaries of the Mekong River and see stilt houses haphazardly learning against each other. This afternoon we visit Tan Chau, tour the town on rickshaw. We visit a factory making rattan mats and slippers. Return to the ship where we enjoy Fruits Carving and Vietnamese fresh Spring Roll demonstrations by Executive Chef.
DAY 15 ? PHNOM PENH (B / L / D) 25 Oct
Today we dock in Phnom Penh, the Cambodian Capital, where take a city tour including highlights such as the Silver Pagoda, National Museum and the Royal Palace. This afternoon we learn of Cambodia?s tragic past under the Khmer Rouge?s regime. We visit the S21 (Toul Sleng) Detention centre and the Killing Fields.
DAY 16 ? CHONG KOH, OUDONG & KAMPONG TRALACH (B / L / D) 26 Oct
Take a walking tour through the silk weaving village of Chong Koh, explore Oudong, the Cambodian capital between 1618 and 1866. In Kampong Tralach take an Ox Cart ride through the beautiful countryside.
DAY 17 ? KAMPONG CHHNANG ? TONLE LAKE (B / L / D) 27 Oct
Take a memorable boat ride excursion into the lakeside wetlands that form part of the river mouth. Here keep an eye out for a variety of birdlife, as well as see the floating village, which is part of life for many Cambodian?s in the Tonle Sap lake.
